I’m Aubrey, the heart behind Aubrey Nicole Photography. I capture families in the middle of their real life moments. The laughter, the chaos, the cuddles, the quiet in-between seconds that somehow mean everything.

Based in Northern Colorado, I specialize in family, maternity, motherhood, and newborn photography, creating images that feel natural, emotional, and deeply connected.

My sessions are designed to feel easy and relaxed. Your kids don’t need to sit still. You don’t need to know how to pose. You just show up, love on your people, and I’ll take care of the rest.

Whether we’re chasing light in a greenhouse, cuddling at home with a newborn, or letting your kids be wild and free outdoors, my goal is always the same:

to tell your story honestly and beautifully.

Real talk?

Your kids don’t need to behave perfectly.

You don’t need to bribe them (okay… maybe a little 😂).

And you definitely don’t need to stress about how it’s all going to go.

I’ve been doing this long enough to know that the magic happens in the in-between.

I’ll guide you the whole time so you’re not left standing there wondering what to do, but I’m not going to stick you in stiff, awkward poses either.

We’ll play, move, snuggle, laugh… and somewhere in all of that, your real life shows up — and that’s what I capture.

And don’t worry… I’ve got tricks to get everyone looking at the camera at least once 😉
